This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:
- What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
- What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
- The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
- How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.
Payment: Payment shall be made to Forevermore Farm, LLC, Moore, South Carolina 29369. Please mail all checks to P.O. Box 56, Moore SC 29369. The minimum deposit is $100 on all floral orders. This deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be applied towards the remaining balance. All payments made after 30 days prior to event are non-refundable. Any payments made up until 30 days prior is 50% refundable, excluding the deposit. All remaining balance must be made in full 30 days prior to event date.
Cancellations: Cancellations received 60 days or less prior to your event, will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations received before the stated 60 day deadline will be eligible for a 50% refund with the exception of the separate booking fee that is Non-Refundable. Forevermore Farm will allow you to reschedule another event within the following year, which can be held on a Friday or a Sunday provided availability. Any refunds given may take up to 30 business days to receive.
Rescheduling: Event may be rescheduled up to two times. After the second reschedule, a new booking fee will be required before rescheduling.
Communication: If client fails to communicate with Forevermore Farm and all attempts to contact the client is not successful regarding questions, appointments and scheduling of Details Appointment, The Forevermore Farm has the right to cancel event and remove the client from the books and will not issue a refund. Refer to Cancellations portion above for refund policy.
Must book at least 48 hours prior to workshop. TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE but may be transferred to another person attending the same workshop on the same date. If you would like to bring a large group, we would recommend registering early in order to ensure you can book all together.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:
- See what data we have about you, if any.
- Change/correct any data we have about you.
- Have us delete any data we have about you.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
