Alcohol & Bartending: Client Must provide a LICENSED alcohol catering company if client wishes to serve alcohol at any event or wedding. Client must also hire a security guard when serving alcohol.
Courtyard at the Stables: $350; includes outdoor bar area (bartender not included), outdoor lighting, firepit.
Fireplace at the Barn: $75
Popcorn Bar w/ popcorn: $150; inlcudes 3 wooden bins w/ pre-popped popcorn & "popcorn bar" sign. (stand-alone popcorn machines are not allowed)
Champagne Wall: $350; weddings or corporate events Only; includes champagne and up to 100 glasses
Cocktail Tables: $25 each (limit: 6 tables)
Whiskey Barrels: $45 each (limit: 3 barrels)
Wooden Cross: Free!
Outside Ceremony Chairs: $3.50 per chair
Projector & Screen: $75; client must provide computer & HDMI cord to connect.
Easels: $15 each (limit: 3 easels)
Wooden Cupcake Stands (set of 3) : $30 (cupcakes are Not included)
Maximum capacity: 150 guests in Stables; 180 guests in Barn

**Forevermore Farm does not supply linens/tablecloths/runners for any tables. Client may provide their own or rent these items from a rental company. Round tables upstairs will fit 120" tablecloth.
*Forevermore Farm does not have an ice maker. Client is responsible for providing ice.
